Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
